Healthy Lifestyles Project
The Healthy Lifestyles Project has been in existence since 2008.
We have three simple principles:
- Reduce Isolation
- Increase Exercise
- Improve Diet
We help people to choose healthier options through giving advice, support, guidance and a range of activities including cook and eats, exercise, befriending and food growing. We also help develop smaller groups to deliver their own health initiatives.
