Now entering our fifth year The Bradford GRID* at Park Lane continues to provide terrific support to the local and wider Yorkshire business communities. Offering first class business accommodation, enterprise support and a comprehensive business events programme The GRID* is a thriving hub of enterprise activity, enabling many start-up and smaller established businesses to thrive and grow.

What does it cost to base yourself at The GRID*?
For 2011 we've simplified our rates to ensure The GRID* offers unbeatable value.

Monthly Rates are:

• Grid* Base: £25 for up to 5 hours desk time a week
• GRID* 15 £50 for up to 15 hours desk time a week
• GRID* Unlimited £125 for unlimited time and your own dedicated desk, with additional permanent desks available for £75.

All rates are fully inclusive, no additional business rates, VAT, heating or electricity to pay for. Plus you get the support of our GRID* team, your own secure mail box, free car parking, free tea and coffee and the use of our printers (which have scanning, faxing and copying capabilities) for up to 25 copies a day and use of our lap or desk top computers whilst on site. There are no minimum term contracts to sign, just a £10 deposit to pay for the key to your private mailbox.

Events Membership at The GRID*
For just £10 a month you will be able to attend two events each month at any of our three centres and will also receive regular updates about other events that may be of interest. You can pick and choose between a variety of informal, though structured, networking events or take advantage of some of the excellent training we have on offer from industry professionals. With free car parking, tea, coffee heat, power and printing, our rates can actually work out cheaper than staying at home.

Support: With a business development specialists and a GRID* Host based at our Park Lane Centre, there's always someone you can turn to and chew ideas over with. Not to mention the support that you'll get from others around you.

Access to Special GRID* Deals: The GRID* use a range of suppliers who have packed some great and exclusive deals for members, saving money on accounting, marketing, design and print costs.

A GRID* address and meeting facilities: Do you really want all your prospective customers to have your home address and is your kitchen table the best place to hold meetings with prospective clients? As part of our packages you are always welcome to hold meetings in The GRID* and for a small charge you can hire private meeting rooms too..
