BRADFORD TRIDENT - Our Property / Asset Portfolio

Bradford Trident have an Asset Port Folio worth in the region of £7 Million which helps generate a rental income of over £300,000, which is re-invested back into the Trident community.

The 11 buildings consist of different sizes and make ups for example, we have Industrial Units, Retail Shops, Office Buildings and so on. Bradford Trident are proud to have a mix of tenants consisting of Howdens, NHS, CBMDC, Big Tile Trader. In addition the core of the income generation is done through the 3 community hubs known as Woodroyd, Mayfield and Park Lane.  

The Woodroyd Centre   The Woodroyd centre is a new build on a former primary school site in West Bowling. The centre has an open feel to it with the community taking ownership for it. The centre has been open for over 2 years and has 3 GP practices alongside a Pharmacy running their services from the centre. It also houses the local Childrens Centre and offers a community cafe.

The Mayfield Centre   This centre is a mix of old and new buildings and has been open since 2004. The building has some offices let to different tenants and offers rooms for hiring for meetings and functions. The building has had some wear and tear over the years but is a real community asset and is heavily used by the local residents for small gatherings and events.

The Park Lane Centre   A relatively new building opened since 2008 and housing a host of local community projects like, Local Impact Team, Crime Reduction Initiatives, the Grid Project and a base for the Trident Team Offices. The centre also offers hiring facilities for meetings and small functions and has a in house community cafe. The centre sees many new faces as Bradford College delivers a host of different courses for local people.
