Bradford Trident serves one of the most deprived areas in the country. At the beginning of the programme the area lagged behind in many key areas. Crime was high, educational standards low, community facilities poor and health bad. The aim of Bradford Trident is to bring the area up to the standard of the Bradford district.

To do this Bradford Trident has commissioned over 200 projects in the theme areas indicated on the right.
