The Board is further supported by working groups. These groups consist of small groups of Directors who are further supported by Working Group Advisers. The Working Groups devise strategies, assess Project Appraisals and monitor progress. Project Appraisals describe projects, how much they cost and what they will achieve for the Bradford New Deal area. Project Appraisals are put together by staff members together with the project proposors and service deliverers. Working Groups can approve projects up to the value of £250,000. Above that sum they recommend to the full Board what action should be taken.
