Good and effective Neighbourhood Management is a key part of our work.

We already have an Executive Officer, Neighbourhoods and a small Neighbourhood Action Team. We also support a team of Neighbourhood Wardens.

The work of the Executive Officer, Neighbourhoods is crucial in maintaining the involvement of residents and organisations in the on-going improvement of the area.

It is through this work that Bradford Trident maintains an inclusive voice for all. It ensures transparent, accountable and legitimate processes are undertaken with funding arrangements and that the community is best able to negotiate service level agreements with organisations like Bradford Council.

The Executive Officer, Neighbourhoods also works to make sure our work fits with the Neighbourhood Renewal strategies of the local council and central government.

The Executive Officer, Neighbourhoods has increasing responsibility for attracting new funding to the area and for working in partnership with others to achieve this.
