Our work helping to develop the area is not complete by any means.

New developments along Manchester Road will include a new retail building adjacent to Pakington Street. There will also be extensive redevelopment of the Reyner House site at the bottom of Park Road.

Any profits from these developments are used to continue the regeneration of the area.
