From Bradford Interchange - 10 minutes - 800m

Leave the station at the main doors at the end of the bus bays.

Walk 150m past the Abbey National building on the left, out of the forecourt and ahead onto Manchester Road. Cross over and walk uphill out of town. After 600m turn right between Lidl and St Joseph's Church and you will see the Park Lane Centre in front of you.

From Forster Square Station - 18 minutes - 1.400km

Leave the station by the main entrance. Do not use the lift.

Bear left for 60m between the enormous Tax Office now on your left and the old arches now on your right. You will immediately see at piece of public art made of stone and metal railway tracks.

Walk 120m along this pedestrian road until the end and turn left so that the Midland Hotel is on your left. Continue 50m.

Cross at the pelican crossing turn left and continue 50m.

Turn right into Market Street immediately after Barclays Bank.

Market Street is a straight road with lots of bus stops and buses.

At the far end you will see City Hall.

Walk 220m down Market Street to City Hall, cross the paved area known as Centenary Square, 60m, and turn left so that you are walking on a pavement with City Hall to your left bus stops on the other side of the road.

Continue about 100m and ahead you will see a sports shoe shop on the other side of the main road.

Cross the road and turn so that the sports shoe shop is to your left and City Hall to your right. Continue 30m.

Walk over the road so that Jacob's Well Pub is on your left and the Jacob's Well roundabout is diagonally to your right.

Look across the main road slightly to your left and you will see Mercury House. The building is modern and has blue window frames.

Use the subway to cross the road. 80m

Continue walking past Mercury House and out of town along Manchester Road for about 600m then turn right between Lidl supermarket and St Joseph's Church. You will see the Park Lane Centre in front of you.
